  • Health & Fitness Coaching – Supports clients with weight loss, strength training, and adherence to custom diet and exercise programs through daily accountability and structured habit systems

  • Ongoing Professional Development – In 2025, Noah completed Football Australia’s Football Conditioning CPD, covering nutrition, hydration, aerobic fitness, conditioning, and recovery protocols. Grounded in the Australian Institute of Sport’s high-performance frameworks, this training strengthens the evidence base behind his coaching systems.
